Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

 

All stock items should be delivered with 7 days - Items marked as a deluxe products take approximately 14-21 days.

Returns

 

Bhive-furniture will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Return postage charge is the customers responsilbility and must be in original unopened packaging.

Shortages or damage

 

Claims for shortages and damage must also be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If carrier damage, goods should be refused, 

 

We only approve returns in their original packaging. At the reimbursement, the cost for the return will be deducted.

 

If goods are damaged or lost by the carrier in transit or refused by customer this should be clearly seen on our carrier’s websites. Should this be the case we of course can raise a claim and despatch immediate replacements zero cost to customer.

Warranty

 

Bhive-Furniture provides a full years warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your item within 12 Months of purchase, please contact our customer service at sales@bhive-furniture.co.uk Describe the damage and, if possible, supply with photos showing the damage. 

 

Your claim will then be promptly considered and replacement parts will be sent. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

 

Transportation damages

 

Upon arrival you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact us within 2 days: delivery@bhive-furniture.co.uk

 

Remember to provide your order number and, if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working on your case and keep you informed.

 

Cancellation

 

Should you wish to cancel or change your order prior to dispatch, please contact our customer service at sales@bhive-furniture.co.uk
